Check-in / Check-out

For B&B Rooms:

Check-in: from 1pm to 6pm – Check -out: 10am

Poggerino is a wine farm with accommodation, not an hotel. Therefore, as we do not have a night porter, our check-in  latest time is strictly 6pm. At 6pm our office/check in closes so, to avoid any problem, we kindly ask our guests to take notice of this at the reservation.

Alternative arrival times must be previously be arranged/accepted at the time of your reservation.

WiFi

WiFi is available and free of charge, in all the structure.

Breakfast at Poggerino

Breakfast at Poggerino: a nice moment to start your day! We try to make it special, colored and varied every day.

It is served in the garden or in the dining room, every morning from 8,30am to 9,30am
Our breakfast includes:
-Home made yogurt and a crunchy fruit-granola/muesli
-Home made jams and locally produced honey
-Fresh bread
-Fresh fruit salad
-Home made cakes, different every day
-Crépes
-Savory tarts
-Good coffee and a choice of teas
-Organic apple juice
-Eggs from our hen house: every morning we will cook them as you like….taste our omelette with vegetable and cheese, with tomatoes on a side!
Breakfast is included in the room’s price.

Tasting of Poggerino wines

Wine tastings:
From Easter to the end of October:
All our wines are available for tasting from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 17:30.

The price of the tasting is €10 per person. With a purchase of €50,00 the tasting is free.
Wine tastings are free for guests of the B&B.

Visits
To arrange a visit of the winery it is necessary to make a reservation contacting us at 0577 738958 or writing to info@poggerino.com. From Monday to Saturday 10:00-16:00(based on availability)

The price for visits is: €25 per person(for two) €20 per person(for more than three people)
For guests of the B&B the price is €15/person

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is open from May 1st through October, from 9am till dawn.

 From 7,30am to 9,00am closed for maintenance.

Pets

We love cats and dogs but…sorry, pets are not allowed.

Special requests can be submitted at the time of your reservation.

The closest village

In the village of Radda in Chianti you can find several grocery shops and a small “Coop” supermarket. They are open from 8,30am to 1pm and from 4pm to 7,30pm. Shops are also open on Sunday (except for the Coop).
There are also several restaurants and bars, a chemistry, two banks with cash dispenser, 24h first aid, post office and a petrol station.
